Free Laptop Yojana in Gujarat
Gujarat State Government has been providing financial assistance of ₹9000/- to all those students who have passed the 12th class examination by securing 70% or more marks since 2015–16 to promote modern technical equipment like laptops, computers, iPads, tablets etc.; But the student passing the class should be socially and educationally backward as per the standard set by the state government. Free Laptop Yojana in Meghalaya
A similar scheme was also run by the Meghalaya state government under which laptops were distributed to 11th and 12th pass students,
