Introduction to Sambal Card Yojana

Mukhyamantri Jan Kalyan Sambal Card Yojana was launched by the Madhya Pradesh government in 2018 with the aim of providing social and economic security to poor and needy families. Under this scheme, the beneficiary is given a card after applying, through which he gets various types of assistance.

Currently, people are being benefited under the second phase of this scheme i.e. Sambal Card 2.0.

Benefits of Sambal Card

Under the Sambal Yojana, a card is provided to the beneficiary, through which he can get assistance in the following matters-

Number	Cases	Amount of Sambal Yojana
1	Funeral/Burial	In case of death of the Sambal card holder, his family will be given financial assistance of ₹ 20,000 for the last rites.
2	on accidental death	If a worker dies accidentally, his family will be provided financial assistance of ₹4,00,000.
3	on normal death	If a worker dies a natural death, his family will be provided financial assistance of ₹2,00,000.
4	in permanent disability	If a worker becomes permanently disabled, he will be given financial assistance of ₹2,00,000.
5	In case of partial permanent disability	If a worker becomes partially but permanently disabled, he will be given financial assistance of ₹ 1,00,000.

Eligibility for Sambal Yojana

To avail the benefits of this scheme, the following eligibility should be there to get Sambal card made-

1. The applicant should be from the unorganized working class.
2. The applicant worker must have Samagra ID and Family ID.
3. The applicant worker should not have any other social security cover like Provident Fund, Employees State Insurance Scheme, Gratuity etc.
4. The applicant or his/her wife/husband should not have the following conditions:
   • There should not be more than 1 hectare of agricultural land.
   • Should not be in government service.
   • Should not be an income tax payer.
   • There should not be any other social security cover like Provident Fund, Employees State Insurance Scheme, Gratuity etc.

What is the Samagra ID of the family?

To identify the family of the residents of Madhya Pradesh state, a unique ID is created, which is issued by the Samagra Portal of the Department of Science and Technology.

Sambal Card Apply Online

1. First of all go to the official website of Sambal Yojana. To visit the official website click on- Sambal Portal

2. Then click on the option of ‘Services’.

3. Then enter your Samagra ID and Family ID in the option.

4. After this, complete the further online process by choosing the necessary options yourself.

Sambal Card Download Process

To download Sambal card, follow the steps given below-

1. First of all go to the official website of Sambal 2.0. To visit the official website click on- Sambal Portal

2. Then the option of beneficiary details will appear on the home page of the website, click on it,

3. Then enter your 9 digit Samagra ID or Sambal ID, which you got during registration, in the option,

4. Then your registration information will be visible in front of you, in that you will see the option to print Sambal Card.
